Suzhou Laboratory Warmly Hosts Collective Birthday Celebrations for Employees
To foster a stronger sense of recognition and belonging among employees and to convey heartfelt care, the laboratory has organized several collective birthday celebrations since June. Each celebration was attended by employees with birthdays in that month, along with staff representatives, and featured a variety of lively and diverse activities.
As one of the ways to express care for employees, the collective birthday celebrations reflect the laboratory’s ongoing commitment to reaching out to the frontline and serving young staff members. By genuinely caring for employees’ well-being, the laboratory aims to further enhance employees’ sense of integration, belonging, and happiness within the larger laboratory family, thereby strengthening cohesion and solidarity among the workforce.
